Ingredients


1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
2 cup Arugula
1 cup Frozen green peas
1 cup Frozen edamame (soybeans)
1 Avocado (large)
1 Lemon
2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Dill, fresh (loosely packed)
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

Instructions


1. Cook pasta according to instructions and strain water out.

2. Chop arugula and dill into small pieces,

3. Dice avocado.

4. Combine pasta and other ingredients into a large bowl.

5. Stir gently with a large spoon until well combined.

6. Enjoy!
