1/3 small stalk(s) Celery
227 gm Cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
227 gm Colby cheese (cut into cubes)
2 tbsp Cream cheese (or another herb blend)
2 tbsp Cream cheese, light, herb and garlic
4 cup Red grape (red and green)
114 gm Monterey jack cheese (cut into cubes)
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh (finely chopped)
227 gm Pepper jack cheese (cut into cubes)
10 sprig Thyme, fresh


Place the cheese cubes and grapes in rows on a platter or cheese board to resemble a Christmas tree shape. Place cheese in the order listed above ending with the Monterey.

Arrange the thyme sprigs throughout the grapes on the platter.

Roll the cream cheese spread into a ball and then roll in the parsley to coat. Place at the top of the tree. Place the celery piece at the bottom of the tree creating the trunk.
