Ingredients


1 cup Cilantro (coriander)
2 tsp Cumin
1 clove(s) Garlic (peeled)
2 medium pepper(s) Jalapeno pepper (stems cut off)
1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1 whole lime(s) Lime juice (fresh)
1 tsp Granulated sugar
1/2 medium White onion
2 can (15oz) Whole tomato, canned (peeled, drained)

Instructions


Combine all ingredients in the blender.

Start with tomatoes and lime juice at the bottom, and add remaining ingredients on top.

Pulse just until salsa reaches a chunky consistency. Yields 3 cups.

Serve and enjoy!
