1 tomato Roma tomatoes (diced)
1/4 cup Red onion (diced)
1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
1 fruit Lime (juiced)
1 pinch Sea salt (or to taste)
1 tbsp Jalapeno pepper (minced)

1. mash avocados coarsely
2. stir in remaining ingredients
3. serve with chopped veggies; carrot sticks, cucumber rounds, red pepper, etc.
