2 cup Baby spinach (packed)
1 bunch Cilantro (coriander) (with stems)
1/3 cup Cashew nuts, roasted
4 clove(s) Garlic
1/2 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 dash Black pepper

Instructions


Blend spinach, cilantro, cashews, garlic, lemon juice, oil. salt and pepper until smooth and creamy. Alternatively you can process in a food processor. You may need to stir the mixture once or twice. 

Decorate with roasted cashews if desired
