Ingredients


2 avocado(s) Avocado (Ripe, mashed with a fork)
2 large stalk(s) Celery (Finely chopped)
1 large Tomato (Chopped)
1 bunch Cilantro (coriander) (Chopped)
1 bunch Green onion, scallion, ramp (Chopped)
2 fruit Lime (Squeezed)
1 clove(s) Garlic (Minced)
1 pinch Sea salt
1/8 tsp Black pepper
6 leaf Lettuce, romaine

Instructions


1. Mix all the ingredients except the tomato and romaine together in a bowl. 


2. Add the chopped tomato and fold through gently. 


3. Serve the guacamole on romaine lettuce leaves, or as a dip with vegetable crudités. Enjoy!
