4 leaf Collard greens (2 leaves per serving)
4 tbsp Hummus (2 tbsp. per serving)
1 avocado(s) Avocado (sliced - 2 slices per collard leaf)

Instructions


1. Spread hummus on collard leaf. Slice avocado and place on top of hummus.

2. Add sea salt and black pepper if you choose to. Add - tomatoes, onions or sliced bell pepper for additional nutrition. 

2. Wrap up your leaf and enjoy!
