1/2 cup | Coconut oil (melted) |
3/4 cup | Coconut sugar |

Preheat the oven to 350F, and line a loaf pan with lightly greased parchment paper.
Mix the wet ingredients together, including the coconut sugar, in a large bowl until well combined.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl, and then add to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined without over mixing.
Pour the batter evenly into the loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely, then slice it up and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container or in the fridge for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
