Ingredients


114 gm Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
15 gm Cream cheese
15 gm Sugar Free Maple Syrup ((we used ChocZero; use code ‘AFullLiving’ for 10% off your order)))
1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
2 scoop Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Ice cubes
29 gm Allulose

Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, starting with just some of the milk if you like a thicker shake. Add ice and blend until smooth, adding more milk as you see fit.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Enjoy right away!
