5 large potato(es) Sweet potato (cut into large chunks)
8 tbsp Butter, grass-fed, salted
3 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 tbsp Honey (more to tatse)
1 tbsp Sea Salt

Instructions


Preheat oven to 450. Wash, peel and cut potatoes into evenly sized chunks. Melt butter in saucepan and drizzle over potatoes, add cinnamon and nutmeg, and salt. Arrange potatoes in a large ceramic baking dish and drizzle with honey. Place in oven for 30-45 minutes or until fork tender.
