2 White tuna, canned in water, drained (can drained)
1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F.
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste)
4 cup Baby spinach (or greens of choice; packed)
8 tomato Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
