Ingredients


1/2 medium pepper(s) Orange bell pepper (finely chopped)
2 stalk(s) Green onion, scallion, ramp (minced)
2 can drained White tuna, canned in water, drained
1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F.
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions


1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.

2. Serve over spinach leaves with tomato and enjoy!
