1 can (4oz) | Green chili peppers, canned (undrained) |

1 dash | Salt and pepper |
1. Heat olive oil in a stock pot. Add peppers, onions, and ground turkey. Cook until turkey is no longer pink.
2. Add garlic and remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and simmer on low for 20-30 minutes.
4. Garnish with cilantro and serve with Greek yogurt.
