|86 gm||Turkey, deli cut (nitrate free)|
|1 medium egg||Egg, hard boiled (egg white only)|
|1 medium slice||Bacon (cooked and crumbled)|
|60 ml chopped||Tomato (about 2 tablespoons, chopped)|
|1/4 avocado(s)||Avocado (chopped)|
|1/2 cup||Lettuce, romaine|
1. Spread yogurt dressing over the top of the wrap.
2. Next add the turkey breast, egg, bacon, tomato, avocado, and top with the romaine lettuce.
3. Roll up, cut in half, and serve.
Boil Egg - place eggs in a pot of cold water covered 1" above the egg. Bring water to a rolling boil. Turn off heat and cover for 10-12 minutes. Remove and peel shells.
Bacon - cook in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat to desired crispiness - turning once.
For a healthier option - choose nitrate free turkey bacon!
