Easy-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients


1 medium Banana (s)
3 medium Strawberries
8 pieces Grapes
1/4 cup Baby spinach (handful (optional))
1 cup Water
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp Oat flakes ((optional))

Instructions


1. Place all the ingredients in your blender/food processor.

2. Blend. Pulse until the banana is fully mixed in, if needed.

3. Drink immediately or freeze to store.

Notes:

For additional protein - add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or a tbsp. of hemp or chia seeds
