|1 cup||Baby spinach (handful)|
|1 cup||Coconut water (liquid from coconut) (or coconut milk)|
|2 tbsp||Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F. (or coconut yogurt - dairy free)|
1. Place all the ingredients in your blender/food processor.
2. Blend. Pulse until the banana is fully mixed in, if needed.
3. Drink immediately.
For additional protein - add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or a tbsp. of hemp or chia seeds
