1 medium Banana (s)
6 medium Strawberries
1 cup Baby spinach (handful)
1 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut) (or coconut milk)
2 tbsp Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F. (or coconut yogurt - dairy free)

Instructions


1. Place all the ingredients in your blender/food processor.

2. Blend. Pulse until the banana is fully mixed in, if needed.

3. Drink immediately.

Notes:

For additional protein - add a scoop of your favorite protein powder or a tbsp. of hemp or chia seeds

    Substitute almond milk or coconut milk for coconut water. Your choice of fruit about 1/2 c
