| 4 fillet (170g) | Atlantic salmon, wild |
| 1/2 cup | Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret |
| 4 tbsp | Ginger, ground |
| 1 whole lemon(s) | Lemon juice |

| 1 tbsp | Thyme, fresh |
Clean and dry the salmon, placing in a large bag for marinating.
Combine the coconut aminos, lemon juice, thyme, ginger and salt in a small bowl. Pour the marinade ingredients into the bag with the salmon and let marinate for 1 hour, flipping the bag once or twice.
When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish and discard the marinade. cook for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked throughout.
