|1 tbsp||Frozen blueberries|
|1 1/2 packet||Monk Fruit in The Raw Natural Sweetener (1.5 TBSP)|

Place all dry ingredients in a microwavable coffee mug and stir well with a fork. Add egg and stir well again. Fold in blueberries and microwave for 2 minutes.
