1 tbsp Coconut flour
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 large egg Egg
1 tbsp Frozen blueberries
1 1/2 packet Monk Fruit in The Raw Natural Sweetener (1.5 TBSP)
1 tsp Chia seeds


Place all dry ingredients in a microwavable coffee mug and stir well with a fork.  Add egg and stir well again.  Fold in blueberries and microwave for 2 minutes.
