1 1/2 cup Tigernut flour
1 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/3 cup Brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
8 tsp Coconut oil
8 tsp Coconut butter
1 large Egg
2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 cup Cranberries, dried (unsweetened)

Instructions


  1. Mix all ingredients together and then form into equal balls (1 per serving). 
  2. Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 325 degrees. 
  3. Allow to cool and serve!
