Coconut Flour Blueberry and Honey Muffins

2/3 cup Coconut flour
2 tsp Baking powder, gluten-free
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp 7-Spice mix, dry
8 large egg Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/3 cup Honey, raw
6 tbsp Butter, salted (melted)
3/4 cup Blueberries


Mix together first 4 ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and honey.
Mix together both mixtures.
Gently stir in blueberries.
Divide mixture evenly into muffin pans.
Bake for 15-20 minutes on 180C.
