1 tbsp Coconut oil
1/4 cup Popcorn, unpopped kernels
1 tbsp Lime juice (fresh)
1/4 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened

Instructions


Melt coconut oil in a large pan, over medium high heat.

Add popcorn kernels and cover. Shake the pan often, until the kernels start to pop.

Continue to lift the pot on and off the heat and shake.

Take the pot off the heat after you don’t hear popping anymore.

Put the popcorn in a large bowl and toss with lime juice and coconut flakes.
