Coconut Almond Butter Apple Delights
Health Highlights
Healthy snack for all ages. Eat raw or pre-cook the apple slices in a toaster oven to make them easier to digest.

Ingredients


1 medium Apple
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Coconut flakes, unsweetened
1 tbsp Cranberries, dried (make sure they are apple juice sweetened for the healthiest option)
2 tbsp Almond butter (organic preferred)

Instructions


Slice apple horizontally into 1/4″ (or larger) slices.

Spread the almond butter on top of each slice.

Sprinkle chia seeds, dried cranberries, and coconut flakes on top.

Serve and enjoy!
