20 date pitted Medjool date
2 cup Walnuts (pieces)
1 tsp Spirulina powder
1/2 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/4 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/4 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened (optional; for coating)


  1. Place walnuts, dates, hemp seeds, spirulina, and half of the coconut into a food processor and mix until it becomes sticky and starts to form a ball (around 2 minutes).
  2. Take the dough from a food processor and form 1 inch balls.
  3. Roll the balls into the remaining coconut to coat them.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
