3 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (sliced or grated)
1 stick(s) Cinnamon
2 tsp Turmeric, powder
10 clove Cloves
1 dash Cayenne pepper
3 cup Water
1 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid
1 whole lemon(s) Lemon juice


  1. Stick the ginger, spices and fresh water in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes. It’ll make almost a concentrate.
  2. Strain out the spices and pour the liquid back into the pot.
  3. When you’re ready to drink, add lemon juice and raw honey.
  4. Refrigerate any leftovers to add to hot water. Add lemon and honey when ready to drink.
