1 piece, 2-inch Ginger root (sliced or grated)
1 stick(s) Cinnamon
1 tsp Turmeric, powder (or a frech 2-inch piece)
10 clove Cloves (or 1/4 tsp ground)
1 dash Cayenne pepper
3 cup Water
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Honey, raw

Instructions


Stick the ginger, spices, and fresh water in a pot. Bring to a boil, and simmer for quite a long time. It’ll make almost a concentrate. Simmer at least 15 to 20 minutes.

Strain out the spices and pour back into the pot.

When you're ready to drink, add the lemon juice and raw honey (and add some water and re-heat a little if necessary).

You may take this concentrate, place it in your fridge and add to hot water, fresh lemon juice and honey when you need it.
