Ingredients


1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
1 tbsp Buckwheat groats, dry (for sprinkling on top)
1 medium Frozen banana
1/2 cup Frozen raspberries
1 tsp minced Ginger root
1 scoop Hemp protein powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Turmeric, ground
1 tsp Cacao nibs, raw, Sunfoods (for sprinkling on top)
1 tsp Coconut chips (for sprinkling on top)
4 nut(s) Macadamia nuts, unsalted (crushed; for sprinkling on top)

Instructions


1. Blend almond milk, buckwheat groats, banana, raspberries, ginger, protein powder, cinnamon and turmeric in a high-powered blender.

 

2. Top with cacao nibs, coconut chips and macadamia nuts or your choice of favourite toppings.
