My cold matcha latte made with coconut water, collagen, matcha, and non-dairy creamer is my fave new morning drink!


1 cup Coconut water, unsweetened, ready-to-drink (chilled)
1 tbsp Collagen peptides
2 tbsp Coconut milk (or your fave unsweetened non-dairy creamer)
1 tsp Matcha, green tea powder


  1. Grab your immersion blender and blending cup.
  2. Measure out the coconut water, collagen peptides, non-dairy creamer, and matcha and place it all in the cup of your immersion blender.
  3. Blend until smooth!
  4. Savor and start your day with a bang! (You can pour it over ice, too!)
