Ingredients


1/2 medium Banana (s) (Sliced)
1 cup Frozen blueberries
1 cup Baby spinach
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Collagen peptides (or alternate protein powder of choice)
5 cube(s) Ice cubes (or as needed)

Instructions


1. Blend together banana, berries, coconut oil, collagen, spinach, and ice cubes.
2. Add more ice cubes if smoothie is not cold or thick enough. Enjoy immediately.
