2 bunch
Collard greens
(washed, stems removed, thinly sliced)
2 cup
Shiitake mushrooms, raw
(thinly sliced)
2 tbsp
Ghee
1 tsp
Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
Place a large pan on medium heat. Melt 2 tbsp of ghee into the pan. Add collard greens and shitake mushrooms to the pan. Add a splash of water to the vegetables to keep them moist. Cover with lid. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Vegetables should be soft and cooked through.
