5 Day Sugar Detox

Congratulations! You’re registered for the
Beat the Sweet with RKT 5-Day Sugar Detox!

Here’s what I want you to do now:

Join my FREE Facebook Community called Experiencing Wholistic Happiness RKT Wellness Solutions group.  https://www.facebook.com/groups/165170427565652/

Remove the ALL or NOTHING mindset. No one is perfect. We are all doing this together (my husband and me included).  If you need help, reach out and we will all help - this is precisely why we have the Facebook group and you have my personal email!

Here at Mealgarden, you will receive the Detox materials: what you can eat, a meal plan, some recipes, etc.  Take some time before you start to read the materials.  Clear out the cupboards, take a trip to the grocery store and make sure you have a list... stick to the list and the list only!

Do not over think this process - look at it as following your meal plan rather than eliminating anything.  Serve what you are eating to your family - and don't make a big deal about it.  Chances are, if you keep this small, they won't even really notice.  If they are not on board, let them prepare their own food and stick to your plan!

I am so excited to share this plan with you and really hope you feel so great at the end of five days that it will leave you wanting more!

If you have any questions or thoughts feel free to reach out at any time.

Thanks again!

Rebecca
