Make 2 jars
1/2 mashed banana (great way to get rid of old bananas sitting on the counter)
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup milk of choice
Add ins:
1 tbsp chia seeds
sliced almonds or walnuts
frozen blueberries
1 tbsp nut butter
This will keep you full and focused all morning. Prepare it the night before and grab it on your way out of the house!
