You can prepare and eat these foods in any order you want. Double and triple up on many of these recipes to make food prep easy.
If you are vegetarian, just leave the meat option out and add proteins of your choice.
Feel free to alter and play with the recipes. Use them for inspiratoin and innovation. For example, if you don't like shrimp but you love scallops, no problem! Just swap them out!
