1/2 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
1/2 large Banana (s)
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Almond milk, chocolate, unsweetened, Blue Diamond
1 pinch Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Baking soda
29 gm Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lighty coat an oven-safe mug, ramekin, or baking dish with oil.
  2. Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully combined.
  3. Pour batter into baking dish. Top with chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes. Top with flakey sea salt, let cool, and enjoy!
