Peanut butter, natural

Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill

3 tbsp

Maple syrup, pure

1 tsp

Vanilla extract, pure

1/3 cup

Dark chocolate chips
(or chunks)

Instructions
- Mix the peanut butter, almond meal, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl until a dough-like consistency is formed
- Carefully fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll into 12 balls and refrigerate for an hour before serving - can also be frozen and thawed.
Notes:
Add additional nuts or seeds as desired.
