Ingredients


1/2 cup Peanut butter, natural
1 1/2 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
3 tbsp Maple syrup, pure
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/3 cup Dark chocolate chips (or chunks)

Instructions


  1. Mix the peanut butter, almond meal, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl until a dough-like consistency is formed
  2. Carefully fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Roll into 12 balls and refrigerate for an hour before serving - can also be frozen and thawed. 

Notes:

Add additional nuts or seeds as desired.
