3 cucumber(s) Cucumber (diced small)
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 small Red onion (chopped small)
3 green onion (stem) Green onion (chopped small)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp Salt
1 dash Black pepper (Generous twists of ground)
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper ((to your taste)

Instructions


1. Slice cucumbers into thin rounds or smaller as desired.

2. Chop onions and garlic into small pieces.

3. Slice cherry tomatoes in halves or smaller.

4. Combine all ingredients. Mix well with a spoon.
