1 cup diced Celery (chopped)
2 tsp Celery seed
10 cup Frozen yellow corn kernels (thawed)
1 medium pepper(s) Green bell pepper (chopped)
2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 medium Red onion (chopped)
1 tsp Salt, pickling
1 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 onion(s) Sweet onion (chopped)
2 1/2 cup Vinegar, white
2 cup Water


Place the ingredients in a large pan over medium heat. Bring to a fast boil. Heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Hot pack into pint jars leaving 1.5 inch head space. Cap and seal; process in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Check lids after cooling to check for proper sealing to prevent leakage.

Can be kept for 1 year in a cold space.
