Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Just three ingredients: Cottage cheese, eggs and oats. 12 minutes from start to finish. You won't be disappointed!

Ingredients


1/2 cup Cottage cheese (1% M.F.)
1/2 cup Paleo Flour, dry
3 large Egg

Instructions


  1. In a bowl (or use a blender for a smoother consistency), combine all ingredients and whisk or pulse until smooth. 
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil or butter in a pan on low to medium heat. Pour in pancake batter.  
  3. Flip with a spatula once bubbles start to appear. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
