Instructions
- In a bowl (or use a blender for a smoother consistency), combine all ingredients and whisk or pulse until smooth.
- Heat 1 tsp oil or butter in a pan on low to medium heat. Pour in pancake batter.
- Flip with a spatula once bubbles start to appear. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
