1/4 cup Parsley, fresh (or dill; chopped)
1 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 cup, crumbled Feta cheese, low fat (optional)
1 dash Black pepper

Instructions


  1. Add the green onion, Roma tomatoes, cucumber, fresh parsley, and garlic powder to a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Toss the vegetables with the cottage cheese until well combined.
  3. Add Feta cheese and season with black pepper.
