Ingredients


2 cup Cottage cheese (1% M.F.)
4 stalk(s) Green onion, scallion, ramp (sliced)
4 tomato Roma tomatoes (diced)
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber (peeled, diced)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh
1/2 cup, crumbled Feta cheese, low fat (optional)
1 dash Black pepper

Instructions


1. Chop veggies into small pieces. Toss with cottage cheese. Add Feta cheese if desired.

2. Season to taste and enjoy!
