454 gm Beef, ground
1 large egg Egg
1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 cup Frozen yellow corn kernels
1 cup Potato (mashed, leftovers)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese


In one bowl mix left over mashed potatoes with grated cheese

In a separate bowl (or dish you are cooking in) mix together.

- ground beef
- egg
- bread crumbs
- Worcestershire sauce
- garlic powder or minced garlic
- dried onion
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- approx. 1 cup of frozen corn

Top with mashed potato mixture

Baked at 375 for approx. 1 hour

Serve as is, or top with extra cheese or I topped with Strub's onion crunch.


All ingredients are to taste (except for ground beef, egg and corn).
