199 gm Butter, unsalted
1 green onion (stem) Green onion (finely chopped)
2 clove(s) Garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp Parsley, fresh (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Chives (fresh; finely chopped)
1 tbsp Horseradish root (fresh; grated)
1 tsp, ground Thyme, dried
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1 dash Black pepper (ground)
1 dash Cayenne pepper (a pinch)


  1. 1 Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the other ingredients.
  2. 2 Whisk vigorously by hand while simmering until the sauce has thickened slightly. Lower the heat towards the end. If the sauce doesn't reach the right consistency, just whisk again.
