1. Combine hazelnuts, dates, and cacao powder into high speed food processor.
2. Blend until well combined.
3. Spoon mix from food processor into metal bowl.
4. Scoop heaping tablespoon fulls of mix and use clean dry hands to roll into balls
5. Place balls into clean mixing bowl with remaining 1/4 cup cacao powder and toss gently to coat.
6. Store balls in freezer for firmer texture or in fridge for softer texture. Enjoy!
