1 cup Peanut butter, natural
3 medium Egg
2 medium Banana (s) (extra ripe)
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Honey, raw
2 scoop Fermented protein powder, vanilla
1/4 cup Coconut, shredded
1/2 cup Cranberries

Instructions


*Blend all ingredients except the coconut and cranberries in a high powered blender (or food processor) until smooth. Transfer mixture to a bowl and fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into a parchment paper lined muffin tin and bake at 400F for 20-22 minutes.
