454 gm Cranberries, frozen (or fresh)
1 whole orange(s) Orange juice
1 whole orange(s) Orange peel (zest)
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1 stick(s) Cinnamon

Instructions


  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
  2. Simmer mixture until the cranberries burst open and the sauce thickens (about 15 to 20 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool. 
  4. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving. Serve at room temperature, or cool and refrigerate for later use.
