2/3 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (Can use home made or any other non-dairy milk)
1 medium Frozen banana (can use fresh banana)
1 cup Cranberries, frozen
1 medium Orange (peeled and quartered)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 tsp Honey, raw (if desired)

Instructions


1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smoothie!
