1 medium Banana (s) (mashed)
2 tbsp Pea Protein Powder
1 cup Oats, dry
1 cup Almond butter
2 tbsp Pumpkin pie spice (or Apple Pie Spice)
1/4 cup Cranberries, dried
2 tbsp Pecans (chopped)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add protein powder and mix well.
  2. Mix in the oats, almond butter, pumpkin pie spice, pecans, and dried cranberries. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down gently with a fork to flatten. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. 
  3. Enjoy!
