Ingredients


1/2 cup Cranberries, frozen
1/2 cup Frozen raspberries
1 medium Banana (s)
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured (vanilla, or choice of flavour)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or plain coconut yogurt for a non-dairy option)
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened

Instructions


  1. Add cranberries, raspberries, banana, protein powder, Greek yogurt, and almond milk to the blender.
  2. Blend for 15-20 seconds until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
