6 cup Kale (shredded)
1 cup chopped Red bell pepper
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh (chopped)
1 1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (pit removed, chopped)
2 tbsp Flaxseed oil
1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 pinch Sea salt
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper (to taste)

Instructions


1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

2. Massage and mix with your hands to “wilt” the kale and cream the avocado (this should only take a minute or two),

3. Serve and enjoy!
