Ingredients


1 1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (pit removed and chopped)
1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp Flaxseed oil
8 cup Kale (shredded)
1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup Parsley, fresh (chopped)
1 medium pepper(s) Red bell pepper (chopped)
1/8 tsp Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions


In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.

Massage and mix with your hands to “wilt” the kale and cream the avocado (this should only take a minute or two), and serve.
