1 cup thawed Frozen strawberry
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Honey (or coconut sugar)
3 medium pita Pita bread, whole-wheat
6 tbsp Cream cheese


Mash berries for chunky jam or blend for a “jelly” consistency. Stir in other ingredients and let sit in fridge for 30 - 60 minutes.

To make the rolls cut pitas in half and spread cream cheese and chia jam on surface, roll and slice.
