Ingredients


1 cup Baby spinach (or handful)
1 small potato Sweet potato (cooked)
1 medium Orange (peeled)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (or alternate dairy-free or lactose-free yogurt of choice)
2 date pitted Medjool date (optional - for sweetness)
1 tsp Turmeric, ground
1/2 cup Coconut milk, sweetened

Instructions


In a high speed blender, add the ingredients in order, and blend until smooth!

Notes:

Freeze leftover smoothie in popsicle moulds for a frozen treat!
